Standard luggage size : 20–24 inches (approximately cabin-size suitcase). Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

Departure Transfer – Important Information

Please provide your hotel address and preferred pick-up time when booking.
For international flights, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. From Bangkok city, we recommend departing 3–4 hours in advance due to traffic.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before pick-up. The driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show (no refund).
Service is non-stop (no additional stops allowed).
Transfers between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) incur a THB 300 per vehicle surcharge (one way).
Areas outside central Bangkok may incur additional charges (THB 300–700 per vehicle).
Overtime waiting fee: THB 300 per hour per vehicle (cash to driver).
Passenger and luggage limits must follow vehicle capacity rules. Excess luggage may result in service refusal without refund.
Same-day bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance and confirmed by phone.
Traffic conditions in Bangkok can be unpredictable. Please allow sufficient travel time. Delays caused by traffic or force majeure are not eligible for compensation
