If delayed, contact VACIO immediately. Driver waits up to 20 mins after notice. Overtime: THB 300/hour/vehicle (cash, partial hour counts as full). No contact = no-show, no refund.
Concerts/exhibition venues may require alternative meeting points.
Prices may adjust during peak holidays.
No night surcharge. Tipping optional (THB 100–300 per vehicle).

Booking Policy

Drivers speak basic English only.
Choose the correct vehicle for your group and luggage. Oversized luggage (>24”) counts as 2 pieces; wheelchairs occupy 1 seat.
One-way service only (round-trip requires separate booking).
Ensure all contact and pick-up details are correct and reachable.
Same-day bookings: at least 10 hours in advance; within 24 hours, please call VACIO after booking.
Thailand traffic can be unpredictable. Please allow sufficient travel time.
