Usage Time Calculation

• If your trip starts and ends within Bangkok, the service time is calculated from your scheduled pickup time to drop-off time.
• If the driver must travel empty from Bangkok to suburban or out-of-town areas for pickup, the service time starts from when the driver departs Bangkok.
• If your trip ends outside Bangkok and the driver must return empty to the city, the return time will be included in the total service time.
• Empty travel time is calculated based on real-time navigation (e.g., Google Maps).
• Additional charges apply for fuel and tolls if the driver must travel empty to pick up or return from outer areas.

Itinerary Planning

• Please finalize and submit your itinerary at least 3 days before departure. VACIO will assist with translation and communication to the driver.
• This service provides a vehicle and driver only. It does not include itinerary planning or route feasibility checks.
• If needed, you may purchase an additional route planning/check service.
• As traffic in Thailand can be heavy and distances long, please plan your route and timing carefully. Any missed attractions, detours, or closures are the traveler’s responsibility.
• For a fully arranged experience, you may book VACIO’s custom private tour service, including itinerary planning and guided service.
• Any itinerary changes must be requested at least 2 working days in advance.
• Changes on the day of travel are not allowed. If unavoidable, please contact VACIO—additional fees of THB 100–500 may apply depending on adjustments.

Friendly Reminders

• For airport pickup, select your actual arrival date when booking (based on landing time).
• For hotel or address pickup, select your desired pickup date and time.

Important Notes

• Drivers speak Thai and basic English only. For communication, please contact VACIO customer support.
• Please book the correct vehicle size based on your group. If passenger numbers exceed capacity, the operator may require an additional vehicle or refuse service without refund.
• Standard luggage size: 24 inches. Larger luggage counts as 2 pieces.
• Items such as strollers, sports equipment, and walking aids count as luggage. Each wheelchair occupies one seat.
• Please ensure your contact details are reachable on the day of service.
• Route suggestions provided are for reference only. Time spent at each attraction is at your own discretion. Please manage your schedule to complete your planned itinerary.
• Same-day bookings must be made at least 10 hours in advance. For bookings within 24 hours, please contact VACIO directly after booking to confirm availability.
• Due to heavy traffic conditions in Thailand, please allow extra travel time—especially if catching flights or scheduled activities. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond control, and no compensation will be provided. VACIO will assist in adjusting plans where possible.
