Know Before You Go

Children aged 2–5 years and between 90–135 cm in height will be charged at the child rate. Children below 90 cm may join free of charge.
Guests are recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals or failure to participate due to personal reasons will be considered a voluntary cancellation without refund.
Vegetarian and halal meal options are available. Please select the appropriate package directly when booking (minimum 4 persons required).
Seating arrangements are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be reserved in advance.
Dining areas may be moved indoors depending on weather conditions without prior notice.
For the Lanna Cultural Performance Only package, meals are not included. Performance time is from 19:10–20:30. Please arrive early to redeem your ticket before entry.
