Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Policy

Please refer to the passenger and luggage limits below.

Each vehicle type indicates the maximum capacity without luggage and with luggage.

5-Seater:

• Up to 4 passengers (no luggage)
• 3 passengers + 5 pieces of luggage

Standard luggage size : 20–24 inches (approximately cabin-size suitcase). Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

Airport Pick-up Instructions

Meeting Point – Phuket International Airport (HKT):

Domestic Flights:

• After arriving at the terminal, exit the building and turn left. Walk along the sidewalk in front of the terminal. You will see parked EV Taxi vehicles, where staff will be available to assist you.
• The driver will wait for up to 40 minutes.

International Flights:

• After arriving at the arrival hall, please proceed directly toward Exit 2. Our staff will be waiting outside the terminal holding a sign and will assist you to your vehicle.
• The driver will wait for up to 1 hour.
• The service time begins based on the scheduled booking time stated in your order. In case of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact Vacio customer service via message or phone to confirm that the driver is still waiting.
• If the waiting time is exceeded and no contact is made by the passenger, it will be considered a no-show. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued. Please contact customer service via the provided link.
