• This is a group-based activity. For efficiency, please enter the park in an orderly manner with your own ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Any altered or damaged tickets will be considered invalid. Valid only within the specified period.
• Child tickets apply to children with a height between 101–140 cm (3’3”–4’7”).
• Children under 100 cm can enter the park, restaurant, and theater free of charge, but must be supervised by an adult and share a seat in the theater. Please note that the show includes fireworks and explosion effects which may startle young children.
• Proper attire is required. Inappropriate clothing or swimwear is not allowed. As the theater is air-conditioned, please bring a light jacket.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the theater. All cameras, video equipment, and recording devices (including mobile phones with camera functions) must be stored at designated counters or lockers before entering.
• Outside food and drinks (including cakes and durian) are not allowed in any area of the park, including the theater, restaurants, ticketing area, and parking lot. Corkage or cake service fees may apply if brought into dining areas.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in enclosed and air-conditioned areas. Designated smoking areas are available at entrances.
• Cigars, e-hookahs, and any smoking devices that may disturb others are not allowed.
• The use of binoculars inside the theater is prohibited, except for guests with visual impairments.
• Guests must sit in their assigned seats.
• Please remain quiet during the performance and avoid leaving your seat until the show has completely ended.
• Pets (including guide dogs) are not allowed inside the park. Pet holding facilities are available at the entrance.
• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• All guests must pass through a security check before entering. Dangerous items must be stored at designated counters. Please remove hats, sunglasses, and face coverings for inspection.
• If you need to re-enter the park on the same day, please inform staff and obtain a hand stamp before exiting.

• Shared transfers are available within Phuket Town. Pickup times may be earlier or later than scheduled—please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
