• Each vehicle type indicates the maximum capacity without luggage and with luggage.

5-Seater:

• Up to 4 passengers (no luggage)
• 3 passengers + 3 pieces of luggage

7-Seater:

• Up to 6 passengers (no luggage)
• 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage

10-Seater:

• Up to 10 passengers (no luggage)
• 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

VIP 9-Seater Luxury Van:

• Up to 9 passengers (no luggage)
• 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

Standard luggage size: 20–24 inches (approximately cabin-size suitcase). Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

Important Notes

• The VIP 9-seater Luxury Van is converted from a 12-seater with enlarged seating.
• Interior designs photo are for reference only; actual designs may vary by the driver.

Additional Charges & Important Notes

• Hotels located outside Bangkok city center will incur an additional surcharge. Please contact VACIO customer service in advance to confirm the exact amount and select the quoted surcharge option when booking.
• If the driver waits more than 2 hours beyond the reserved time and has successfully contacted VACIO to continue waiting, an additional THB 300 per car per hour will apply (any partial hour counts as one full hour). Payment must be made in cash directly to the driver.
• Airport transfers are non-stop services (no additional stops allowed).
• Transfer between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK): additional THB 300 per car (one way).
• Crossing the Chao Phraya River: additional THB 300 per car.
• Areas outside Bangkok city (additional THB 300 per car) include but are not limited to Taling Chan, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Tha Kham, and Nong Khaem.
• Transfer to Nonthaburi: additional THB 700 per car.
• Prices may be adjusted during Chinese New Year and New Year periods. Any changes will be informed before order confirmation.
• No night surcharge applies; however, tips for the driver are appreciated.
• Driver tips are voluntary. The common market rate is around THB 100 per car for a standard transfer.

Airport Pick-up Instructions

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

• For arrivals at BKK, our staff will wait inside the Arrival Hall at Gate 3–4, by the railing, holding a sign with the passenger’s English name.
• Please present your voucher to the on-site staff after locating your name.
• If you do not see the driver upon arrival, kindly wait at the meeting point for approximately 15–20 minutes.

Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)

International Flights:

• After immigration and baggage claim, please proceed to Gate 5 on the same floor and look for your name sign. Present your voucher to the staff.

Domestic Flights:

• After baggage claim, please proceed to Gate 11 on the same floor and look for your name sign. Present your voucher to the staff.
• The driver will wait at the airport free of charge for up to 2 hours.
• If your flight is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Vacio customer service immediately via message or phone to confirm the driver is still waiting.
• If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, additional charges will apply.
• If no contact is made within the waiting period, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation (No Show), and no refund will be provided.

Friendly Reminder

• When booking an airport transfer, please select your actual flight arrival date.
• For example:

Arrival on May 1 at 11:45 PM → Select May 1

Arrival on May 2 at 01:20 AM → Select May 2

Important Notes

• Drivers can communicate in basic English only.
• The total number of passengers and standard luggage must not exceed the vehicle capacity. If the luggage exceeds the limit and cannot be accommodated, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
• For same-day bookings, please place your order at least 4 hours before pick-up time and contact VACIO by phone after booking so we can arrange your transfer promptly.
• Due to frequent traffic congestion in Thailand, along with possible road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, passengers catching flights or attending scheduled activities are strongly advised to allow extra travel time.
• Thai transport providers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic or force majeure circumstances. In case of unexpected situations, we will do our best to assist with adjustments and recommendations.
