Passenger & Luggage Capacity

Capacity is indicated separately for no luggage and with luggage.

• 5-seater: 4 passengers ｜ 3 passengers + 3 pieces of luggage

• 7-seater: 6 passengers ｜ 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage

• 10-seater: 10 passengers ｜ 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

• VIP Luxury Van: 9 passengers ｜ 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

Standard luggage size: 20–24 inches (carry-on to medium size).
Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.

Important Notes

• The original vehicle has 12 seats. The 9-seater VIP van has one row removed to provide larger, thicker premium seats for enhanced comfort.

• Interior designs may vary and cannot be selected in advance. Seats may be fabric or leather, depending on the driver’s personal preference and style.

• Due to the large fleet size, it is not possible to display interior photos of every vehicle. Images shown on the website are for reference only, and the actual vehicle interior may differ.

   

Departure Transfer Instructions

• Please provide your hotel address and preferred pickup time on the booking page.

• For international departures from Thailand, passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Please consider the distance from your pickup location, traffic conditions, and travel time.
  For pickups within Bangkok city, we recommend scheduling pickup 3–4 hours before flight departure.

• Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

• The driver will wait up to 20 minutes at the hotel lobby. If there is any delay, please contact VACIO customer service in advance.

• If the waiting time exceeds the limit and the driver is unable to contact you, it will be considered a no-show. The driver will leave, and no refund will be provided.

Important Notes

• Extra charges apply for hotels located outside central Bangkok. Please contact VACIO customer service in advance to confirm the pickup location and surcharge. Select the quoted surcharge amount directly at the time of booking.

• If the driver waits more than 2 hours beyond the scheduled pickup time, and VACIO has been successfully contacted to request continued waiting, an additional fee of THB 300 per hour per vehicle will apply. Any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour. The fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver.

• This airport transfer service is non-stop.

• Transfers between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK) are subject to a THB 300 surcharge per vehicle (one-way).

• A THB 300 surcharge applies for pickups or drop-offs crossing the Chao Phraya River, and for locations outside Bangkok city, including but not limited to Taling Chan, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Tha Kham, and Nong Khaem.

• Transfers to Nonthaburi are subject to an additional charge of THB 700 per vehicle.

• Rates may be adjusted during Chinese New Year and New Year holiday periods. Any price adjustment will be communicated before order confirmation.

• No nighttime surcharge applies; however, tipping the driver is appreciated.

• Tipping is optional. The customary tip for a standard transfer is THB 100 per vehicle.

• Drivers are able to communicate in basic English only.

• The number of passengers and standard-size luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. If excess luggage prevents proper loading, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no changes or refunds will be provided.

• Same-day bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the pickup time, and passengers must call VACIO after booking to ensure immediate vehicle arrangement.

Please note that Thailand—especially Bangkok—is well known for heavy traffic congestion. Unexpected situations such as traffic jams, road closures, construction, flooding, weather conditions, or government traffic control may cause delays.
Passengers with flights or time-sensitive activities are strongly advised to allow ample travel time.

Local transport providers and suppliers cannot be held responsible or provide compensation for delays caused by uncontrollable traffic conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VACIO will make every effort to assist passengers with adjustments and provide appropriate advice.
