          • Guests traveling by self-arranged transportation are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Any missed activities due to late arrival will be at the guest’s own responsibility.
          • Due to potential traffic conditions, it is recommended not to schedule time-sensitive or reservation-based activities (such as massages or restaurant bookings) after the elephant park program.
          • Shared transfer pickup times may be earlier or later than scheduled. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance. If the pickup is missed, guests will bear the risk of missing the activity.
