• If you choose a Bangkok city hotel or a transfer to a designated address, please wait for the driver about 15 — 20 minutes in the lobby of the hotel/home/designated address.
• Start using the car time based on the reservation time filled in the order. If delay is caused by unavoidable factors such as flight delays, please send a message or phone call Vacio customer service in time to confirm that the pick-up staff is still waiting.

Chartering Matters

• Usage time calculation instructions:
  If you are departing from downtown Bangkok and ending in downtown Bangkok, it is calculated from the start of your scheduled pick-up time until you get off, and the pick-up location time is up to you.
• If a chauffeur-driven airplane picks you up from Bangkok city to the suburbs of Bangkok or abroad, the departure time is calculated from the time the driver departed from Bangkok city center.
• If you want to stay in the suburbs of Bangkok or abroad and do not return to Bangkok by car at the end of the trip, the return end time must be calculated by the time the driver arrived in the city.

• If the driver leaves Bangkok by air to the suburbs or abroad or ends the trip in the suburbs of Bangkok or abroad, the driver must return by car to Bangkok city, and the surcharge will be required to purchase a subsidised air fuel surcharge.

Route Arrangement Matters

• AFTER PLANNING YOUR OWN ROUTE, PLEASE PROVIDE VACIO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE THE CHARTER DAY. WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH TRANSLATIONS TO THE DRIVER.
• Chartering service simply provides the selected model and dedicated drivers provide driving services according to the order you have planned. It does not include trip planning and does not include a substitute review of the trip feasibility. If you need assistance from a route health inspector to view the smooth running of the route, you can choose the route health service with an additional price
• The only difference between self-driving charters is that they have a dedicated driver. Please do your best to arrange a reasonable route and time on your own. Thailand is congested and the area is wide. • The driver speaks only Thai or very simple English words. All communication is via the Chinese customer service to avoid language miscommunication.
• When booking, please select the number of vehicles suitable for the number of people in your group. If the number of people on the day of travel exceeds the maximum occupancy of the vehicle of your choice, the event organizer has the right to ask guests to reserve an additional vehicle. If the car cannot be deployed urgently, the driver may refuse to load it and cannot return it!
