Important Notes

• Vehicle space is limited; large luggage is not permitted.
• Private tours require a minimum of 2 participants and can accommodate up to 200 people. For groups exceeding 36 people, please contact customer service for customized arrangements.
• Infants under 2 years old (under 24 months) who do not require a seat are free of charge but must be held by an adult. Guests aged 2 and above are charged the full tour price.
• Pick-up and drop-off service is provided directly from designated hotels within Bangkok city center. If the pick-up location is outside central Bangkok, additional transfer fees will apply. Please contact customer service with your pick-up location for a quotation.
• Private tours will depart at the scheduled time on the booking date unless affected by force majeure.
• This is a fixed itinerary with set routes and timing. No changes or modifications are allowed. If guests voluntarily skip any attractions, it will be considered a forfeiture without refund or compensation.
• The guide and driver will arrive on time at the hotel lobby or designated meeting point. If you are unable to locate them, please call Vacio customer service via LINE or WhatsApp immediately.
• The guide and driver will wait for up to 1 hour at the meeting point. Late arrivals will be treated as a NO SHOW, and the booking will be forfeited without refund.

【Kanchanaburi Route B & C – Giraffe Interaction Photo Guidelines】

1️⃣ Optional Add-On Activity

• The entrance ticket to Safari Park Kanchanaburi includes the safari bus tour, but does not include the giraffe photo session in front of the safari jeep.
• Please reserve the number of participants through the add-on purchase section in advance.

2️⃣ Payment Does Not Guarantee Confirmation

• After completing payment, please wait for Vacio to send you the official Zoo Reservation Confirmation E-Voucher (this is NOT an automated system email).
• If you do not receive it, please contact us proactively to avoid missing your reservation.

3️⃣ Limited Daily Quota – Date Adjustment May Be Required

• If your selected date is fully booked, the park will offer alternative available dates.
• You may choose to reschedule or cancel the activity for a refund.
• ▶ If you accept the new date, we will immediately assist with confirming the reservation.
• ▶ If you are unable to accept the change, we will arrange a refund.

4️⃣ No Changes After Confirmation

• According to park regulations, once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed, canceled, renamed, or refunded.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting the activity, with no reshoot or refund provided.

5️⃣ Group Participation Requirement

• All participants within the same booking must join the activity at the same time slot and in the same group.
• Splitting into different sessions or adjusting the number of participants on-site is not permitted.

6️⃣ Child Participation Policy

• Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate.
• Each child must be accompanied by one adult.
• Children cannot participate alone, and one adult cannot supervise more than one child during the activity.

7️⃣ Activity Regulations & Duration

• The photo session lasts approximately 20–30 minutes.
• Selfie sticks are strictly prohibited (for animal safety).
• Staff will assist with taking photos; you may use your own phone or camera.
• Outside food is not allowed for feeding animals.

8️⃣ E-Voucher Must Be Presented On-Site

• Once confirmed, the e-voucher will be sent to your email.
• Please present the voucher to park staff on the day of the activity for verification.
• ⚠️ If you do not receive the voucher, it means your reservation has not yet been confirmed.
• Please contact us within three working days after booking to avoid any oversight.
