• The tour will depart at the scheduled time unless affected by force majeure.
• Lunch is included; please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
• This is a fixed-route private tour. Changes or extensions are not permitted. If guests voluntarily skip any attractions, it will be considered a waiver with no refund.
• The guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby/pick-up location on time. If you cannot find them, please contact VACIO via LINE/WhatsApp call immediately.
• The guide and driver will wait up to 1 hour at the pick-up location. Beyond this limit, the booking will be marked NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
• Important: If late arrival from any participant delays the departure, the resulting impact on the itinerary will be the guests’ responsibility.
