This event is a Minato tour. For convenience and speed, please arrange admission to the park with your own tickets.
Tickets are non-transferable, modified, refunded or refunded. Once modified or torn, it is scrapped. Tickets are only valid for the period of validity.
Children's height is limited to between 101 and 140 cm (3'3” to 4'7”).
Children (less than 100 cm tall) have free access to the theme park, restaurant and theatre, but adults must be watched carefully and accompanied by adults in the theatre. Please understand that the performance contains fire and explosion effects, etc., which may scare children.
Clothes must be neat. Non-compliant clothing and swimwear are not allowed in the park. Due to the fact that the theater has air conditioning and the temperature is lower, please be careful to keep warm.
Photography and videotaping are prohibited inside the theater. Store cameras, camcorders and all recording equipment (including photo-enabled phones) at designated storage locations or use self-service lockers before entering the theatre.
It is strictly forbidden to take food and drinks (including cakes and durans) into all Phuket Fantasy business premises, including theatres, restaurants, ticket offices and car parks. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in enclosed and air-conditioned areas. Designated smoking areas are available at the entrance to restaurants and theaters.
