For hotel or address pickups, please wait in the lobby or at the designated location. Drivers will wait approximately 15–20 minutes. The service start time is based on the pickup time stated in your booking.

✈️ If delays occur due to flight delays or other uncontrollable circumstances, please contact VACIO customer service immediately to confirm driver availability.

❗ If the waiting time is exceeded and no contact is made by the guest, it will be considered a no-show, the driver will leave, and no refund will be provided.

• Driver's tip (minimum 500 per day for the whole car)
• Toll, parking fee (real sale)
• Overnight fee for a chartered driver for more than one day (if the tour driver needs to spend the night in the suburbs of Bangkok or abroad, the driver's accommodation fee is not subject to subsidised overnight stay in Bangkok city area).
• OVERTIME FEE (10 HOURS A DAY, OVERTIME FEE FOR ONE HOUR 300, NO CHARGE FOR LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR)

Chartering Matters

Usage time calculation instructions:

• If you are departing from downtown Bangkok and ending in downtown Bangkok, it is calculated from the start of your scheduled pick-up time until you get off, and the pick-up location time is up to you.
• If a chauffeur-driven shuttle picks you up from Bangkok city to Bangkok suburbs or abroad, the departure time is calculated from the time the driver departed from the city.
• If you do not return to Bangkok City after the end of the trip, the return time will be based on the time the driver returned to Bangkok City.
• Bangkok to suburbs or overseas air travel times are calculated based on Google Maps navigation time.

Language and Communication Description:

• THE DRIVER SPEAKS ONLY THAI OR SIMPLE ENGLISH WORDS AND ALL TRIPS WILL BE ASSISTED BY VACIO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE DRIVER IN ADVANCE.
• IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING IN LANGUAGE DURING YOUR TRIP, CALL VACIO CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIRECTLY FOR ASSISTANCE.

Route Arrangement Matters

• The charter service provides vehicle and driver driving services only and runs according to your own planned route, excluding trip design and feasibility assessment.
• BE SURE TO PLAN YOUR ITINERARY AND ORDER, AND PROVIDE THE ROUTE TO VACIO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO HELP TRANSLATE AND COMMUNICATE WITH DRIVERS THREE DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
• If you need to check whether the attractions are running smoothly or if the itinerary is feasible, you can choose to add a route health check service and advise them by email or line within 3-5 working days after ordering.
• IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TRAVEL IDEAS, WE RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO VACIO'S CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE TOUR SERVICE. THE TOUR PLANNER WILL TAILOR YOUR TRIP ACCORDING TO YOUR NUMBER OF PEOPLE, AGE, INTERESTS, ETC. AND ARRANGE HOTELS, TICKETS, AND PROFESSIONAL GUIDES TO ACCOMPANY YOU.
• If the confirmed itinerary is subject to modification, please contact VACIO customer service at least 2 business days prior to departure. If a temporary change of route or additional attractions is required, please confirm with the customer service and change fee of THB 100-500 will be charged if applicable. The driver will be charged at the end of the tour. There is no charge for deleting original attractions.

considerations

• Please select the appropriate model according to the actual number of people. If the number of people on the day of departure exceeds the maximum occupancy of the vehicle, the event party has the right to request a separate carriage. If the vehicle cannot be deployed urgently, the driver has the right to refuse loading and cannot return.
• The standard baggage size is 24 inches, and more than will be counted as two pieces. Crutches, strollers, sports goods are considered one piece of luggage, with one seat space per wheelchair.
• Please make sure your contact information is available on the same day to arrange a transfer.
• Only transportation is provided by charter, and the actual time of stay at the attraction is at the discretion of the traveler. If you want to complete the entire trip, be sure to control the stop time for each station.
• Traffic congestion in Thailand is severe. Common factors such as traffic jams, road closures, construction, flooding, weather, etc., can affect traffic and travel. Please allow plenty of travel time, especially if you need to catch a flight or catch an event.
• MOTORS AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAFFIC DELAYS, BUT VACIO WILL DO ITS BEST TO HELP ARRANGE ADJUSTMENTS AND ADAPTATIONS.
• If you need a same-day charter, please make your reservation at least 10 hours before pick-up time. If you book within 24 hours, please contact VACIO immediately after placing your order for immediate arrangements.
