• Each vehicle type indicates the maximum capacity without luggage and with luggage.

5-Seater:

• Up to 4 passengers (no luggage)
• 3 passengers + 3 pieces of luggage

7-Seater:

• Up to 6 passengers (no luggage)
• 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage

10-Seater:

• Up to 10 passengers (no luggage)
• 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

VIP Luxury Van:

• Up to 9 passengers (no luggage)
• 8 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage

Standard luggage size : 20–24 inches (approximately cabin-size suitcase). Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

Additional Charges & Notes

• Hotels located outside central Bangkok or central Pattaya may incur an extra charge. VACIO customer service will reconfirm the surcharge before the service date. Please settle any price difference prior to travel.
• If the driver waits more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time and has contacted VACIO to continue waiting, an overtime fee of THB 150 per 30 minutes per vehicle will apply (any partial 30 minutes counts as a full 30 minutes). Payment must be made in cash directly to the driver.
• Prices may be adjusted during Chinese New Year and New Year periods. Any changes will be confirmed before booking confirmation.
• No nighttime surcharge applies; however, tipping the driver is appreciated. The customary tipping range is THB 100–300 per vehicle (at your discretion).

• Pick-up locations outside central Bangkok or crossing the Chao Phraya River may incur additional charges. VACIO will reconfirm the surcharge before service.
• Please wait at the pick-up point 5 minutes in advance. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes only. Late arrival without notice will be treated as a no-show (no refund).
• Overtime waiting fee: THB 150 per 30 minutes per vehicle (cash to driver, applies only after contacting VACIO).
• Concerts or exhibition venues may require alternative meeting points due to traffic control.
• No nighttime surcharge. Tipping is optional (THB 100–300 per vehicle is customary).
• Prices may adjust during Chinese New Year and New Year (confirmed before booking).

Booking Policy

• Drivers speak basic English only.
• Please select the correct vehicle based on passenger and luggage limits. Excess passengers or luggage may result in service refusal without refund.
• Standard luggage: 24 inches (larger items count as 2 pieces).
• Strollers and sports equipment count as luggage; each wheelchair occupies one seat.
• This is a one-way transfer. Round-trip service requires separate booking.
• Ensure pick-up details and contact number are accurate and reachable on service day.
• Same-day bookings must be made at least 10 hours in advance. For bookings within 24 hours, please call VACIO after placing your order.
• Thailand traffic can be unpredictable. Please allow sufficient travel time. Delays due to traffic or force majeure are not eligible for compensation.
