Due to the large crowds at the concert venue, please reserve enough (1-1.5) hours in advance, especially if the concert/exhibition event is to be delivered to the airport at the end. We recommend taking more time in advance. In order to facilitate a smooth meeting between the driver and you at the end of the concert, it is recommended to set the pick-up location as IMPACT Novotel Bangkok Impact and you to meet you. Please refer to the picture below for the meeting place.

Important Notes & Extra Fees :

• Pick-up/drop-off outside Bangkok city center or beyond the Chao Phraya River may incur additional charges; VACIO will confirm fees prior to the trip.
• Drivers wait a maximum of 20 minutes. Contact VACIO if delayed. Failure to make contact within this time is considered a no-show, no refund applies.
• Extra waiting beyond scheduled time: THB 300 per hour, payable in cash to the driver.
• For events at IMPACT or nearby exhibition halls, pick-up may take extra time due to traffic or crowds.
• Rates may adjust during Chinese New Year/Spring Festival; updates will be provided before confirmation.
• Night transfers have no additional charge, tipping is appreciated. Typical driver tip: THB 100–300 per car.

Pick-Up Instructions :

Suvarnabhumi (BKK) :

• Arrivals Hall, Gates 3–4, holding your English name sign. Wait 15–20 minutes if driver is not immediately visible.

Don Mueang (DMK) : 

• International flights: Gate 5, same floor.
• Domestic flights: Gate 11, same floor.
• Free waiting up to 2 hours; notify VACIO if flight delays occur. Extra waiting beyond 2 hours incurs additional fees.
• Failure to meet the driver within the waiting period without notice is considered no-show; no refund applies.

Drop-Off Instructions :

• Specify hotel or desired drop-off time.
• Allow sufficient time for airport arrival considering Bangkok traffic (recommend 3–4 hours before flight for city pick-up).
• Arrive at pick-up location 5 minutes early. Driver waits max 20 minutes; contact VACIO if delayed.

Booking Notes :

• Drivers speak basic English only.
• Choose the correct vehicle for your group size. If the actual group size exceeds the selected vehicle, additional vehicle(s) must be booked.
• Standard luggage: 24” max; oversized luggage counts as 2 pieces. Strollers, sports equipment, and wheelchairs may occupy a seat.
• Service is one-way; return trips require separate booking.
• Ensure contact numbers are reachable on the day of service.
• Same-day bookings require at least 10 hours’ notice and follow-up with VACIO to confirm vehicle dispatch.
• Bangkok traffic is highly congested; allow extra travel time to avoid delays. VACIO is not responsible for delays due to traffic or other uncontrollable factors but will assist with suggestions if needed.
