Please Note

Children under 10 years old weighing more than 30 kg are not permitted to ride in open aircraft.
Do not consume alcohol or take any medication before the flight.
Please ensure all valuables are securely stored in lockers.
Mobile phones and cameras without secure straps are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized entry into or movement within airside areas is strictly forbidden.
During the flight, please do not distract the instructor.
If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during the flight, inform the instructor immediately.
Body weight measurement and registration are required prior to flight.
Female guests must tie up their hair before flying and carefully follow the pilot’s safety briefing.
Passengers weighing over 120 kg are not permitted to participate.
Guests with the following medical conditions, or those who should avoid excessive stimulation, are not permitted to join: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia (fear of heights), asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy.
On-site staff reserve the right to refuse service and decline refunds if participants do not meet eligibility requirements.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the activity and arrange rescheduling or a full refund.
