Additional Fees

• Out-of-area hotels (outside Bangkok city center) — surcharge applies.
• Please confirm your exact location with Vacio customer service before booking.
• Waiting time exceeding 2 hours: THB 300/hour (cash payment to driver).
• Beyond Chao Phraya River or outer Bangkok (e.g. Taling Chan, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Nong Khaem): +THB 300/vehicle.
• Nonthaburi area: +THB 700/vehicle.
• Nighttime service: no extra charge, but tipping is appreciated.
• (Recommended: THB 100/vehicle.)

Airport Pick-up Instructions

• Staff will be waiting inside the Arrival Hall between Gates 3–4, holding a sign with your name.
• Show your voucher to the staff upon arrival.
• If you do not see your name, please wait 15–20 minutes at the meeting point.

• International Flights: Inside Gate 5 (same floor after exiting customs)
• Domestic Flights: Inside Gate 11 (same floor after exiting customs)
• The driver provides up to 2 hours of free waiting time.
• If flight delays occur, please inform Vacio Customer Service immediately.
• No-show without contact after 2 hours will be considered a forfeit with no refund.

Hotel Pick-up (to Airport)

• Please note your hotel address and preferred pickup time when booking.
• For international flights, arrive at least 2 hours before departure.
• We recommend leaving your hotel 3–4 hours before your flight to allow for traffic.
• Be ready 5 minutes before pickup time at the hotel lobby.
• The driver will wait up to 20 minutes; beyond that, the service will be considered forfeited without refund.
