Friendly reminder: For the best experience, we recommend planning 3–6 attractions per day. Too many stops may result in insufficient time at each location.

Vehicle capacity (Alphard):

• Without luggage: Up to 6 passengers (one passenger must sit in the front seat)
• With Luggage: 4 passengers + 6 pieces of luggage
• Standard luggage size: 24 inches per piece. Luggage over 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces

Pickup Information

Pickup locations:

• Bangkok city hotels or designated addresses
• Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): Between Arrival Gates 3–4
• Don Mueang Airport (DMK): International Terminal: Arrival Gate 5. Domestic Terminal: Arrival Gate 11.
• For hotel or residential pickups in Bangkok, please wait in the lobby.
• The driver may arrive within 15–20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.

Important Notes

• Charter time starts from the confirmed pickup time stated in your booking
• In case of flight delays or unforeseen circumstances, please contact VACIO customer service immediately to confirm whether the driver can continue waiting
• If the waiting time is exceeded and no contact is made by the guest, the service will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided

• Travel between Bangkok city, suburban areas, and nearby provinces (within 350 km total per day)
• Premium Alphard private charter available for single-day or multi-day trips
• 10 hours of service per day

• Driver gratuity (minimum THB 500 per vehicle per day)
• Toll fees and parking fees (payable based on actual expenses)
• Driver overnight allowance for multi-day charters
• (Applicable if the itinerary requires the driver to stay overnight outside Bangkok city; no overnight fee is required for stays within Bangkok)
• Overtime charges
• (Service includes 10 hours per day; THB 300 per additional hour, less than 30 minutes is not charged)
• Route inspection / itinerary assessment service fee

Usage Time Calculation

Departure and return within Bangkok city area:

The usage time is calculated from the agreed pick-up time until the drop-off time.

Driver traveling empty from Bangkok city to suburban or outer provinces to pick up guests:

The usage time starts from when the driver departs from Bangkok city.

Trip ends outside Bangkok city:

The end time will be calculated based on when the driver returns to Bangkok city.

Empty driving time between Bangkok and suburban/outer provinces:

Calculated according to real-time Google Maps navigation duration.

Language & Communication

Drivers speak Thai and only basic English words.

All trip details will be communicated to the driver in advance by VACIO customer service.

If language difficulties occur during the trip, guests may directly contact VACIO customer service for assistance.

Route Arrangement

The charter service provides vehicle and driver only.

Trip planning and route feasibility assessment are not included.

Guests must plan their own itinerary and visit sequence.

Please submit the planned route to VACIO customer service at least 3 days before departure for translation and driver coordination.

Route Check Service (Optional Add-on)

Assists in checking whether attractions are along the route and whether the itinerary is feasible.

Feedback will be provided within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Suggestions will be delivered via Email or Whatsapp.

For Guests Without an Itinerary

Itinerary Change Policy

For confirmed itineraries, any changes must be requested at least 2 working days before departure.

Last-minute route changes or additional stops require customer service approval and may incur a THB 100–500 change fee, payable to the driver after the trip.

Reducing or removing planned attractions is free of charge.

Important Notes

Please select a suitable vehicle based on the actual number of passengers.

If the number of passengers exceeds vehicle capacity on the travel day:

The operator reserves the right to request an additional vehicle.

If no vehicle can be arranged, the driver may refuse service with no refund.

Luggage Policy

Standard luggage: 24-inch suitcase = 1 piece

Luggage larger than 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces

Walking sticks, strollers, and sports equipment each count as 1 piece

Each wheelchair occupies one seat space

Additional Reminders

Please ensure your contact number is reachable on the travel day.

Charter service provides transportation only; attraction visiting time is controlled by the guest.

To complete all planned stops, guests should manage time at each location carefully.

Traffic conditions in Thailand are unpredictable (traffic jams, road closures, construction, flooding, weather, etc.).

Please allow sufficient travel time, especially if catching flights or scheduled activities.

The vehicle provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic; however, VACIO will assist with adjustments when possible.
